Epi Viaduct

Nearly every case investigation starts with a lab result. To ensure results are unique and matched to the right person, public health departments spend precious hours each day removing duplicates and cleaning up lab records reported by their state lab systems, instead of actually investigating. Viaduct automates this work, integrating with a state’s lab reporting system to quickly process, clean and transmit COVID-19 lab records into a case management system.

Note: Epi Viaduct is built to transfer data from one state’s specific Electronic Disease Reporting System to CommCare Case Management System. Under the open source license, you are welcome to use and modify Epi Viaduct to fit your environment.
